The pub and brasserie is housed in the former Waitrose in the town centre. The size and scale of the space posed a challenge. 

I particularly loved the bar treatment which combined reclaimed parquet flooring, lacquered ochre walls, dark oak panelling and a reclaimed fireplace and copper ale tanks to fantastic effect.
